This wooden ride-on toy belongs to the Move & Ride range and is built for preschool children. Play is mostly about balance and coordination learned before pedals, with outdoor play that does not need batteries arriving without being taught. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 68L × 49H × 15W, cm, in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Outdoor parts are cut from exterior-grade timber, sealed on all faces and assembled with coated hardware. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

It is quoted at MOQ 50 pieces, with production around 16 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
