This wooden ride-on toy belongs to the Move & Ride range and is built for the under-three market. What it asks for is climbing that builds strength and judgment, not a screen. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 68*65*32cm.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Ride-on items are load-tested and the wheels and steering are checked for play before packing. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

MOQ is 2 sets; lead time is about 14 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
