Our wooden ride-on toy — Unisex Multi-Functional Wooden Activity Cube Baby Walker Trolley with Music — is made for babies from about 18 months. It gives a child the confidence of moving under their own power, and gives the adult a garden toy that lasts more than one season. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 34 × 34 × 34 cm, in solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Ride-on range. Ride-on items are load-tested and the wheels and steering are checked for play before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

1 set is the minimum run and production takes roughly 31 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
