In the Move & Ride range, Toddler Push Toys Wooden Baby Learning Walker Kids Shopping Cart Walker Educational is a wooden ride-on toy for the 3–5 age band. The play value is simple: the confidence of moving under their own power. It measures about 30*25*37 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Flat-pack cartons are drop-tested and include hardware, a tool and a printed assembly sheet. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

Pricing starts at 1 piece and production is around 7 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

Are the outdoor toys weatherproof?
Timber is sealed for outdoor use and hardware is exterior grade. We recommend a cover or indoor storage in hard winters; no wooden toy should sit in standing water.
What is the weight limit on a balance bike?
Most wooden balance bikes are rated to 30 kg. The rating for each model is on the product page.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 1 piece for stock colours. A custom colourway or printed box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
