Our wooden climbing frame — Montessori Wooden Toddler Climbing Set Indoor Pikler Triangle Baby Jungle Gym Playground — is made for babies and toddlers. It gives a child balance and coordination learned before pedals, and gives the adult climbing that builds strength and judgment. The finished piece measures , measuring about 110 × 21 × 31 inches and is cut from solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Ride-on range. Flat-pack cartons are drop-tested and include hardware, a tool and a printed assembly sheet. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

It runs from 200 sets and takes around 35 days to produce. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
