Part of our Move & Ride range, Kids Wooden Baby Tricycle Toddler Ride-On Trike with No Pedals for 1-6 Years Old Boys is a wooden ride-on toy designed for babies and toddlers. The play value is simple: the kind of play that tires a child out. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 56 × 17 × 26 cm.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Flat-pack cartons are drop-tested and include hardware, a tool and a printed assembly sheet. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

50 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 20 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
