This wooden ride-on toy belongs to the Move & Ride range and is built for the 6+ age band. What it asks for is outdoor play that does not need batteries, not a screen. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 51*9.5*33cm in solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Flat-pack cartons are drop-tested and include hardware, a tool and a printed assembly sheet. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It runs from 10 pieces and takes around 10 days to produce. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
