It gives a child the kind of play that tires a child out, and gives the adult climbing that builds strength and judgment. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 42*29*18cm.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Ride-on items are load-tested and the wheels and steering are checked for play before packing. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
MOQ 5 pieces; allow 10 days for production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
