About this product

This wooden ride-on toy belongs to the Move & Ride range and is built for babies from about 18 months. What it asks for is the kind of play that tires a child out, not a screen. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 40 × 40 × 40 cm.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Ride-on items are load-tested and the wheels and steering are checked for play before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 100 pieces, 9-day production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
