Play is mostly about a garden toy that lasts more than one season, with the kind of play that tires a child out arriving without being taught. It measures about 70*50*28cm. Material: solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Flat-pack cartons are drop-tested and include hardware, a tool and a printed assembly sheet. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

Orders start at 300 sets, with about 45 days in production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
