Boori Kids Thetis 3-in-1 Mini Gym Climbing Frame Children Swing for Ages 3-8 Customizable is a wooden climbing frame from our Move & Ride range, made for school-age children. The play value is simple: balance and coordination learned before pedals. It measures about 14 × 8 × 8 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Ride-on items are load-tested and the wheels and steering are checked for play before packing. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It is quoted at MOQ 20 pieces, with production around 20 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
