About this product

A wooden outdoor toy for babies and toddlers, Adjustable Wheelbase Adjustable Wood Balance Board for Different Training Level is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. It is designed around balance and coordination learned before pedals and the confidence of moving under their own power. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 29*11*3/4 inch, in solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Flat-pack cartons are drop-tested and include hardware, a tool and a printed assembly sheet. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 500 pieces, 20-day production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the outdoor toys weatherproof?
Timber is sealed for outdoor use and hardware is exterior grade. We recommend a cover or indoor storage in hard winters; no wooden toy should sit in standing water.
What is the weight limit on a balance bike?
Most wooden balance bikes are rated to 30 kg. The rating for each model is on the product page.
Is there a test report?
Yes, per model: EN71 for the EU, ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the US. Reports are supplied with the quotation.
