Children come back to it because it rewards sorting and classification that precedes counting. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 30 × 30 × 30 cm.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Knobs and pegs are glued and pinned, then pull-tested at the specified force before packing. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 100 sets, 45-day production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
