Our wooden shape sorter — Wooden Barn Toy with Flip-Up Roof and Handle 10 Farm Play Pieces Shape Sorting — is made for children from 12 months. The point of the toy is one concept isolated so a child can see it; the second benefit is hand control that builds up to writing. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 18*17*19cm/1.1kg, in birch plywood.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Knobs and pegs are glued and pinned, then pull-tested at the specified force before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
Pricing starts at 2 pieces and production is around 7 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
