About this product
Wooden Stick Threading Children's Toys Fine Motor Training Early Education Puzzle is a wooden lacing set from our Learn & Sort range, made for the 3–5 age band. It is designed around concentration that comes from a material that fits the hand and sorting and classification that precedes counting. Dimensions are , measuring about 20 × 20 × 15 cm; the set is a single piece.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 100 sets, 9-day production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
