A wooden bead maze for children aged three to five, Montessori Wood PC Material Walking Bead Maze Early Education Puzzle Pen-Controlled is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. Children come back to it because it rewards independent work a child can repeat alone. It measures about 24.5 × 17 × 2.5 cm. Material: solid hardwood.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
MOQ 60 pieces; allow 10 days for production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
