About this product
Our wooden counting frame — Wooden Nordic Style Bead Abacus Educational Toy Intelligent Abacus for Kids — is made for children from three years. What it asks for is hand control that builds up to writing, not a screen. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 14.5*10.5CM, in solid beech.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
Orders start at 500 sets, with about 45 days in production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
