Montessori Wooden Activity Cube with Animal Bead Maze, Shape Sorter & Treasure Chest is a wooden bead maze from our Learn & Sort range, made for the 3–5 age band. It gives a child sorting and classification that precedes counting, and gives the adult independent work a child can repeat alone. It measures about 25*22*23.5cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

It runs from 30 pieces and takes around 31 days to produce. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
