Part of our Learn & Sort range, Wooden Autism Sensory Activity Board Montessori Education Travel Toy Space Weather is a wooden busy board designed for the 3–5 age band. The point of the toy is one concept isolated so a child can see it; the second benefit is hand control that builds up to writing. It measures about 28*28*4.3cm. It is made from solid hardwood.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Knobs and pegs are glued and pinned, then pull-tested at the specified force before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
Orders start at 20 pieces, with about 7 days in production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
