A wooden learning material for the 5–8 age band, Science Diy Kit Children's DIY 3D Wooden Multiple Designs - Educational and Fun Wooden is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. The material and the shape support hand control that builds up to writing and sorting and classification that precedes counting. It measures about 18.5 × 13 × 3.35 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Montessori range. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Orders start at 30 sets, with about 7 days in production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
