A wooden bead maze for children from 12 months, Multi-functional Wooden Learning Toys Space Rocket Cube Bead Maze Gear Activity Montessori is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. What it asks for is one concept isolated so a child can see it, not a screen. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 30*22*22cm in solid hardwood.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
Pricing starts at 2 pieces and production is around 22 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. A stock sample ships within a week.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
