In the Learn & Sort range, Multi-functional Wooden Busy House Children Lock Game Kids Sensory Activity Busy Board is a wooden busy board for children aged three to five. It is designed around sorting and classification that precedes counting and independent work a child can repeat alone. It measures about 33*30*45.5 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

It is quoted at MOQ 3 pieces, with production around 7 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
