About this product
Our wooden busy board — Montessori Busy Board DIY Wood Accessories for Early Education Travel Baby Busy Board — is made for the 3–5 age band. It gives a child one concept isolated so a child can see it, and gives the adult independent work a child can repeat alone. It measures about 22.5*30.6*3.5cm,0.6kg. Material: birch plywood.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Montessori range. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
It runs from 30 sets and takes around 15 days to produce. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
