In the Learn & Sort range, Early Educational Multi-Functional Busy Board Game for 5 to 7 Years Children Life Skill is a wooden busy board for children aged five to eight. What it asks for is one concept isolated so a child can see it, not a screen. The finished piece measures , measuring about 35 × 26 × 8 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
22 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 9 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
