About this product

This wooden learning material belongs to the Learn & Sort range and is built for older children. The material and the shape support language for size, colour and number and concentration that comes from a material that fits the hand. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 20 × 20 × 10 cm in solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Montessori range. Knobs and pegs are glued and pinned, then pull-tested at the specified force before packing. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

Orders start at 5 sets, with about 7 days in production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Can we buy classroom quantities?
Yes. Many Learn & Sort SKUs are ordered in 50–200 piece classroom cartons. Mixed cartons across SKUs in the same range are possible.
Do the materials come with teaching cards?
Some do, some can be added. Printed activity cards, number cards and instruction sheets can be produced with your artwork or ours.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
