Children come back to it because it rewards concentration that comes from a material that fits the hand. Dimensions are , measuring about 21.5*10*11cm; the set is a single piece.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Boards are finished on both faces, because a material that is wiped down daily needs the same protection underneath. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
It runs from 5 sets and takes around 7 days to produce. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
