Beads Educational Wooden Rainbow Abacus Maths Toys of Montessori Learning to Count Numbers is the kind of wooden counting frame that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It gives a child language for size, colour and number, and gives the adult independent work a child can repeat alone. It measures about 26 × 14 × 27 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Sensorial pieces are cut to matched dimensions so that the size difference is the only variable a child can feel. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

Pricing starts at 24 sets and production is around 30 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
