Wooden Unicorn Balance Stacker Montessori Preschool Building Blocks Stacking Toys Early is a wooden stacking set from our Build & Construct range, made for the 3–5 age band. The play value is simple: the kind of open-ended play that does not have a screen. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 17 × 4 × 20 cm.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

MOQ 100 sets; allow 45 days for production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
