This wooden stacking set belongs to the Build & Construct range and is built for children from five years. Children come back to it because it rewards load, balance and cantilever a child can feel. It measures about 24 × 18 × 7 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Pricing starts at 5 boxes and production is around 7 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
