This wooden stacking set belongs to the Build & Construct range and is built for babies from about 18 months. What it asks for is trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer, not a screen. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 23*23*5.5cm.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Building blocks range. Blocks are cut to nominal sizes, kiln-dried to a stable moisture content and tumbled to break sharp edges before sanding. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Orders start at 5 sets, with about 31 days in production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
