This wooden stacking set belongs to the Build & Construct range and is built for babies and toddlers. Play is mostly about trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer, with cooperative play that survives a whole classroom arriving without being taught. The finished piece measures , measuring about 24 × 13 × 7 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 48 pieces, 31-day production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
