About this product

Our wooden stacking set — JoRay Kids Creative Dinosaur Cognition Domino Puzzle Learning Educational Stacking — is made for older children. Children come back to it because it rewards cooperative play that survives a whole classroom. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 54 × 40.5 × 43 cm, in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

48 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 15 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

What piece counts work best for retail?
For retail shelves, 20–50 piece sets sell to parents, 100+ piece sets sell to schools and playgroups. A 36-piece hollow block set is a common first order.
Are the blocks compatible between sets?
Unit blocks follow standard proportions within a range, so houses and roads can be built across two or three SKUs. If you need cross-set compatibility we will match dimensions before sampling.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 48 pieces for stock colours. A custom colourway or printed box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
