This wooden stacking set belongs to the Build & Construct range and is built for the under-three market. Play is mostly about fine motor control from picking up one small brick, with the kind of open-ended play that does not have a screen arriving without being taught. The finished piece measures , measuring about 16 × 16 × 16 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Building blocks range. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

MOQ 50 sets; allow 45 days for production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
