Children Playing Tasty Sandwich Stacking Game Wooden Simulation Food Hamburger Stacking

About this product

Part of our Build & Construct range, Children Playing Tasty Sandwich Stacking Game Wooden Simulation Food Hamburger Stacking is a wooden stacking set designed for the 3–5 age band. The material and the shape support the kind of open-ended play that does not have a screen and load, balance and cantilever a child can feel. It measures about 8.5*10*9.5 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Blocks are cut to nominal sizes, kiln-dried to a stable moisture content and tumbled to break sharp edges before sanding. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

Orders start at 80 pieces, with about 7 days in production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
