This wooden construction toy belongs to the Build & Construct range and is built for children from three years. What it asks for is spatial reasoning that transfers to maths later, not a screen. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 40 × 30 × 20 cm, in solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Blocks are cut to nominal sizes, kiln-dried to a stable moisture content and tumbled to break sharp edges before sanding. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

Orders start at 300 pieces, with about 31 days in production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
