Woodland baby mobile Forest nursery mobile Bear Fox Mushrooms crib mobile is the kind of wooden first toy that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It is designed around cause and effect a baby can repeat and grasping and releasing that builds hand control. It measures about 25 × 25 × 5 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

Orders start at 20 pieces, with about 10 days in production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
