Baby Montessori Early Educational Wooden Cartoon Animal Shape Matching House Building

About this product

This wooden baby toy belongs to the Baby & First Toys range and is built for children from five years. Play is mostly about a calm object in a day full of plastic, with the first toy a parent keeps arriving without being taught. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 19.5*11.5*24.6cm, in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

Orders start at 18 pieces, with about 15 days in production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
