About this product

Built as a wooden push-along toy, Wooden Stroller Toy Pull - along Wagon Assembly Tool Truck Multi-functional sits in the Baby & First Toys range. The point of the toy is a calm object in a day full of plastic; the second benefit is the first toy a parent keeps. Dimensions are , measuring about 45 × 28 × 10 cm; the set is a single piece.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

MOQ is 2 pieces; lead time is about 7 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the teethers food-grade?
Teethers are made from untreated or food-grade-finished hardwood and are tested to EN71-3. We do not use lacquer on mouthing surfaces.
Can we sell these on Amazon?
Yes, but check the destination market's requirements: CPSIA and CPC documentation for the US, EN71 and CE for the EU. We supply the test reports we hold.
Can we order a mixed container?
Yes. Most buyers mix several SKUs; we build a loading plan before production.
