Part of our Baby & First Toys range, Beech Wooden Baby Log Grasping Inertia Hand Push Car Model Toy Ages 0-24 Months White Box is a wooden push-along toy designed for the under-three market. The material and the shape support texture and weight that reward exploration and cause and effect a baby can repeat. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 5 × 5 × 2 cm.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

30 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 15 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
