Wooden Shape Block Sorting Box Pull Car Toy for Children Toddler Preschool Educational

About this product

Wooden Shape Block Sorting Box Pull Car Toy for Children Toddler Preschool Educational is a wooden push-along toy from our Baby & First Toys range, made for the under-three market. Play is mostly about cause and effect a baby can repeat, with grasping and releasing that builds hand control arriving without being taught. It measures about 18 × 17 × 10 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

MOQ is 300 pieces; lead time is about 35 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
