In the Baby & First Toys range, Wooden Bear Hand Push Cart Children Mini Hand Grip Push Car Toddler Montessori Toy is a wooden push-along toy for babies and toddlers. The point of the toy is the first toy a parent keeps; the second benefit is a calm object in a day full of plastic. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 13.5 × 14.5 × 5.5cm in solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Baby toys range. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

Orders start at 500 pieces, with about 35 days in production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
