Wooden Baby Early Educational Magic Shape Cube Multi-functional Intelligence Box for Kids is the kind of wooden first toy that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It is designed around texture and weight that reward exploration and grasping and releasing that builds hand control. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 15*15*13.5 cm, in solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

Orders start at 36 pieces, with about 15 days in production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
