The material and the shape support the first toy a parent keeps and a calm object in a day full of plastic. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 16*8*18cm, in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Orders start at 500 pieces, with about 20 days in production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
