Part of our Baby & First Toys range, Montessori Wooden Push and Pull Car Toy Rolling Rattle Truck Toys is a wooden push-along toy designed for children aged five to eight. It gives a child the first toy a parent keeps, and gives the adult a calm object in a day full of plastic. The finished piece measures , measuring about 16 × 10 × 8.5cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Pricing starts at 6 pieces and production is around 31 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
