About this product

Built as a wooden push-along toy, Montessori Wooden Children Push Car Toy Baby Push Toy Toddler Grasping Exercise Push Car sits in the Baby & First Toys range. Play is mostly about the first toy a parent keeps, with grasping and releasing that builds hand control arriving without being taught. It measures about 37 × 26 × 44cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

MOQ is 300 pieces; lead time is about 36 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the teethers food-grade?
Teethers are made from untreated or food-grade-finished hardwood and are tested to EN71-3. We do not use lacquer on mouthing surfaces.
Can we sell these on Amazon?
Yes, but check the destination market's requirements: CPSIA and CPC documentation for the US, EN71 and CE for the EU. We supply the test reports we hold.
Can we customise it?
Yes — logo, colour, wood species, packaging and barcode. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling.
