Our wooden push-along toy — Montessori Preschool Learning Activities Motor Skills Baby Car Wooden Sensory Steering — is made for school-age children. It gives a child texture and weight that reward exploration, and gives the adult grasping and releasing that builds hand control. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 20 × 20 × 10 cm, in solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It is quoted at MOQ 50 pieces, with production around 25 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
