About this product

Built as a wooden first toy, Early Learning Baby Cooking Set Role Pretend Play Simulation Kitchen Toy Educational Kids sits in the Baby & First Toys range. It is designed around a shape that fits a baby's hand and cause and effect a baby can repeat. It measures about 66*28.5*13cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Orders start at 3 pieces, with about 15 days in production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the teethers food-grade?
Teethers are made from untreated or food-grade-finished hardwood and are tested to EN71-3. We do not use lacquer on mouthing surfaces.
Can we sell these on Amazon?
Yes, but check the destination market's requirements: CPSIA and CPC documentation for the US, EN71 and CE for the EU. We supply the test reports we hold.
Can we order a mixed container?
Yes. Most buyers mix several SKUs; we build a loading plan before production.
