Cute Design Wooden Educational Birthday Gift Nature Wooden Pull Push Along Toddler Toy

About this product

Part of our Baby & First Toys range, Cute Design Wooden Educational Birthday Gift Nature Wooden Pull Push Along Toddler Toy is a wooden first toy designed for the under-three market. It gives a child a shape that fits a baby's hand, and gives the adult cause and effect a baby can repeat. The finished piece measures , measuring about 16*8*18cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Orders start at 500 pieces, with about 20 days in production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
