About this product

Built as a wooden push-along toy, Children's Hand-Held Pull -String Toy Cart Dragging Educational Wooden Toy Vehicle sits in the Baby & First Toys range. The material and the shape support a calm object in a day full of plastic and a shape that fits a baby's hand. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 34.5*14.5*7cm.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

24 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 10 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Are the teethers food-grade?
Teethers are made from untreated or food-grade-finished hardwood and are tested to EN71-3. We do not use lacquer on mouthing surfaces.
Can we sell these on Amazon?
Yes, but check the destination market's requirements: CPSIA and CPC documentation for the US, EN71 and CE for the EU. We supply the test reports we hold.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 24 pieces for stock colours. A custom colourway or printed box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
