About this product
Built as a wooden musical instrument, YC Montessori Early Childhood Education Wooden Textile Drum CE Certified for Color sits in the Art & Music range. The point of the toy is the kind of play that fills a rainy afternoon; the second benefit is rhythm and turn-taking in a group. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 14.5*11.2*15.3CM.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Art & music range. Painted parts are finished with water-based paint and checked for EN71-3 migration before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
Orders start at 48 pieces, with about 45 days in production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
